Dance as though no one is watching

I choose the business name innerspin because when I'm dancing, immersed in the flow with my hoop I feel very connected to the very fabric of the universe - the smallest of particles that make up the world - protons, neutrons and electrons. As they spin - so do I.

I am qualified to teach level 1 Bodyhoops classes and I am licensed to teach the HoopGirl level one - hoopdance for beginners. However the Summer is the busiest time of the year for me as I am out teaching at festivals and fairs. It is very unlikely that I will be starting any courses of class until the autumn but please check back to see if I have been able to fit any in.

I am available for hire for performance to suit you. I have a psi hoop (a magnificent led hoop) and a fire hoop. I am very dynamic in my performance style (please see my video page for demonstration of my unique take on this artistic form of dance and movement.
